Pursuant to the Order Appointing Receiver dated January 27, 2020, entered by District Court, Denver County, Colorado (“Receivership Order”), Randel Lewis (“Receiver”) was appointed as Receiver for certain assets of the Defendants, as set forth in more detail in the Receivership Order for Case No. 2019CV34118.

Elbert, 14,440 QP, LLC; Green Mountain Debt Holdings, LLC; Longs Peak Funding, LLC; Defendants; Court Case No. 2019CV34118 pending in the District Court for the County of Denver, Colorado (the “Jumar Receivership”) and State of Colorado, Plaintiff, v. Leonard R. Johnson; Michael Holstead; Traci Salasky; Thomas C. Salasky; Aspen Street, LLC; LRJ & Company, LLC; Cadillac Drive, LLC a/k/a Aspen Investors; and Saplings, LLC, Defendants, Case No. 2019CV33036 pending in the District Court for the County of Denver, Colorado (the “Aspen Receivership”) to facilitate the administration of the Jumar Receivership Estate, as well as to timely and efficiently communicate with investors, creditors and other stakeholders of the various Jumar Receivership Parties.
On May 4, 2023, the Court in both of these related cases entered its Order Granting Receiver's Motion to Approve Proposed Joint Plan of Distribution and Liquidation (the "Order Approving the Plan"), approving the Receiver’s Joint Plan of Distribution and Liquidation, and authorizing the Receiver to commence interim distributions. The Order Approving the Plan also approved the Receiver’s further administration of these related cases through the Jumar and Aspen Street Joint Liquidating Trust Agreement dated March 31, 2023 (the "Liquidating Trust"). The Receiver is the trustee of the Liquidating Trust in these related cases.
